Project Core: A new full-process integrated wastewater treatment station is built to adapt to the characteristics of HJT PV project wastewater and realize efficient operation of treatment and reuse.
Treatment Scale: Total wastewater volume 1,600m³/d, with a 900 m³/d wastewater treatment system and a 1,500 m³/d reclaimed water reuse system.
Core Highlights:
- Customized Process: Two-stage physicochemical defluorination, activated alumina advanced defluorination and self-developed three-stage special nanofiltration are adopted to precisely treat pollutants such as acids, alkalis and fluorides. The effluent meets local US standards, and the reclaimed water satisfies the requirements of ultrapure water preparation.
- High Efficiency & Energy Saving: The reclaimed water reuse rate reaches 60%, saving about 750 m³ of tap water daily and cutting the external drainage volume by more than 50%, with an emergency operation elasticity of 200%.
- Intelligent & Intensive: Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, enamel assembled tanks and container modular equipment enable rapid on-site assembly, shortening the construction period by 60% and saving 1/3 of the land occupation.
