Attracting Talent and Promoting Development | The Fifth and Sixth Batch of Provincial Science and Technology Town Mayors Visit Bangtec

To better promote the deep integration of talent and industry and advance the talent-driven enterprise strategy in the new era, on August 14th, members of the fifth and sixth batches of Jiangsu Province's Science and Technology Town Mayors visited Bangtec to conduct research on talent and technological innovation. Bangtec's Deputy General Manager Cao Xiaoqing accompanied the visit, and the two sides initiated an in-depth exchange aimed at jointly planning development and building a shared future.

During the visit, General Manager Cao led the group to the Bangtec production workshop to gain an in-depth understanding of the membrane product manufacturing process, and answered everyone's questions about the production process in detail.

Following this, Mr. Cao introduced Bangtec's development history, technological innovation achievements, and core application areas. He emphasized that Bangtec is currently committed to the industrialization development of high-end nano-separation membrane products and the promotion and application of overall solutions, taking "membrane separation technology as the core, creating high user value in multiple scenarios" as its development direction, and hoping to provide users with the most suitable products and solutions through continuous technological innovation.

Meanwhile, both sides engaged in a lively discussion on topics such as how to attract more talent to the manufacturing industry. Members of the Science and Technology Town Mayor Group stated that they will continue to act as "talent ambassadors," leveraging the innovative resources of their supporting units to recommend high-quality talent to settle in Tongzhou, contributing to the development of science and technology talent in Tongzhou.
