Ultra-low Pressure RO Membrane Elements ULP-8040-440HR

Ultra-low Pressure RO Membrane Elements ULP-8040-440HR is a reverse osmosis membrane element designed for efficient and energy-saving water treatment. Compared with similar ultra-low pressure products, this product adopts a more optimized membrane area design. By equipping it with a larger effective membrane area, it achieves a significant increase in water production while maintaining a high desalination rate. Compared with the ULP-8040-400HR model, the ULP-8040-440HR increases the water flux by at least 10% while ensuring high desalination performance. Its ultra-low pressure operation means that when treating low to medium salinity water sources such as surface water and groundwater, it only requires an operating pressure of about two-thirds of that of conventional low-pressure membranes, which can significantly reduce system energy consumption and operating costs, and bring long-term economic benefits to users.

Category Introduction

The Ultra Low Pressure RO Membrane series is suitable for desalination of surface water, groundwater, tap water, and municipal water sources with concentrations below 2000 ppm.
It achieves high water flux and desalination rates at low operating pressures, reducing operating costs for associated pumps, piping, and vessels, thereby improving economic efficiency.
It is widely used in a variety of industries, including packaged water, drinking water, boiler feed water, food processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
