Nanofiltration Membrane Elements NF30-4040

Nanofiltration Membrane Elements NF30-4040 boasts targeted separation performance for specialized water treatment scenarios: it features medium to high salt passage, achieves medium calcium passage (20-40%), and delivers high atrazine rejection (95% and above) along with high TOC (total organic carbon) rejection—effectively balancing selective ion permeation and targeted removal of organic pollutants (like the herbicide atrazine). Suitable for scenarios needing controlled mineral retention while eliminating specific organic contaminants (such as agricultural area drinking water purification, or industrial process water treatment requiring atrazine and TOC reduction), it maintains stable operation and meets customized water quality standards, ensuring consistent fulfillment of tailored filtration needs.

Category Introduction

The Nanofiltration Membrane series is suitable for brine purification, heavy metal removal, material desalination and concentration, sodium chloride solution recovery, and COD removal from wastewater. With a molecular weight cutoff of approximately 200 Daltons, it offers high retention of most divalent and polyvalent ions while allowing permeation of monovalent salts.
The optimized 34-mil inlet flow channel reduces pressure drop and enhances the membrane element's resistance to fouling and cleaning. It is widely used in zero wastewater discharge, chlor-alkali denitrification, lithium extraction from salt lakes, material decolorization, and material separation.
