Nanofiltration Membrane Elements NF60-8040-400 is a high-performance element designed with a large membrane area and high productivity, making it ideal for scenarios with large water demand. In terms of separation performance, it achieves a high percentage of TOC (total organic carbon) removal while maintaining medium to high salt passage and medium hardness passage—striking a balance between efficient organic contaminant filtration and controlled ion permeation. Suitable for large-scale water treatment needs such as municipal water purification, industrial process water supply (requiring TOC reduction while retaining certain minerals), it ensures stable output and meets customized water quality standards, effectively addressing the efficiency and volume demands of large-project filtration and delivering consistent, reliable performance for high-throughput water treatment tasks.​

Category Introduction

The Nanofiltration Membrane series is suitable for brine purification, heavy metal removal, material desalination and concentration, sodium chloride solution recovery, and COD removal from wastewater. With a molecular weight cutoff of approximately 200 Daltons, it offers high retention of most divalent and polyvalent ions while allowing permeation of monovalent salts.
The optimized 34-mil inlet flow channel reduces pressure drop and enhances the membrane element's resistance to fouling and cleaning. It is widely used in zero wastewater discharge, chlor-alkali denitrification, lithium extraction from salt lakes, material decolorization, and material separation.
