Nanofiltration Membrane Elements NF90-8040-400

The  NF90-8040-4000 nanofiltration element is a high-area, high-productivity element.
designed to remove a high percentage of salts, nitrate, iron, and organic compounds such as pesticides, herbicides.
The highly active area membrane, combined with the low net driving pressure of the membrane, allows the removal of these compounds at low operating pressure.

Category Introduction

The Nanofiltration Membrane series is suitable for brine purification, heavy metal removal, material desalination and concentration, sodium chloride solution recovery, and COD removal from wastewater. With a molecular weight cutoff of approximately 200 Daltons, it offers high retention of most divalent and polyvalent ions while allowing permeation of monovalent salts.
The optimized 34-mil inlet flow channel reduces pressure drop and enhances the membrane element's resistance to fouling and cleaning. It is widely used in zero wastewater discharge, chlor-alkali denitrification, lithium extraction from salt lakes, material decolorization, and material separation.
