Ultra Low Pressure (ULP)RO Membrane Sheet

Ultra-Low Pressure Membrane Sheet
Core positioning: With "low energy consumption" as the primary goal, it is specially designed for low-salt water sources (TDS≤1000mg/L) to achieve energy saving by reducing operating pressure.

Key features:
The separation layer is thinner and more hydrophilic, and the water flux is 30%~50% higher than that of conventional brackish water membranes, but the salt rejection rate is slightly lower (90%~98%).
The incoming water quality requirements are relatively high (turbidity ≤ 1 NTU, residual chlorine ≤ 0.1 mg/L), and the pollution resistance is moderate, so it needs to rely on perfect pretreatment.
Scene adaptation: deep purification of municipal tap water (removal of heavy metals and organic matter), direct drinking water stations in residential areas, low TDS groundwater purification, especially suitable for civil scenarios that are sensitive to energy consumption.

Category Introduction

The RO Membrane Sheet is the core functional component of reverse osmosis technology, serving as a semi-permeable membrane material that achieves substance separation through the principle of selective permeation. Driven by pressure, it efficiently retains ions, organic matter, microorganisms, and other impurities in water while allowing only water molecules to pass through preferentially. This makes it a key element in water treatment and substance separation for purification, concentration, and refinement processes.
